    South Glass Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2002 and based in Guangdong, has rapidly grown into a leading provider of glass processing technology solutions through endless endeavor and innovation. In 2020, South Glass Technology Co., Ltd. became one of the Top 500 industrial enterprises in Guangdong Province.

Development History

2002
South Glass was founded in Guangdong, China, and successfully develops and puts into use the first glass tempering line in southern China.
2005
Research and development of patented super energy-saving special quenching technology successfully break through the limit of 3.0 mm tempered thickness.
2008
The world’s first research and development and application of a compressed air convection system.
2009
The continuous glass tempering line is launched and widely used in the photovoltaic glass industry.
2012
South Glass establishes a branch in Wuhu City, Anhui Province.
2015
The world’s first 2.0 mm large-format fully tempered glass tempering line (2000 x 1000 mm) is launched.
2019
The Vortech convection system opens the era of high quality and high productivity for Low-E architectural glass. The production line for high borosilicate 4.0 for 6 mm safety fireproof tempered glass is fully operational.
2021
The blower convection system is launched to further improve Low-E glass product quality, achieving high customer satisfaction for those who have focus on high volume of Low E glass production.
2022
The development of a high-end intelligent tempering furnace is completed, with one-click process parameter invocation making "non-operator" production possible.
2023
The new S-TECH high-end convection furnace production line is launched, featuring a new design and intelligent manufacturing technology.
2024
The new high-end continuous glass tempering production line, [Loong], and the high-end glass tempering production line, [Simba], are launched.
2025
Global launch of Simba SFC5.0 series intelligent controlled thermal flow tempering furnace
