The maintenance frequency of the quartz ceramic rollers

The maintenance frequency of the quartz ceramic rollers usually depends on the following conditions:

[ 1 ] The cleanliness of the flat glass tempering furnace. So please keep the workshop clean to avoid dust entering the glass tempering furnace and make the quartz ceramic rollers dirty.

[ 2 ] The loading platform should be cleaned before the production to avoid dust entering the glass tempering furnace.

[ 3 ] It’s necessary to pay attention to the quality of the glass edging because bad edging will easily generate small glass fragments, they will drop on the quartz ceramic rollers and mix together under high temperature. These convex points will have bad influence on the quality of the tempering glass. 

[ 4 ] Before tempering, the glass should be cleaned by the glass washing machine. Ensure there’s no fragments on the surface of the glass so that the quartz ceramic rollers won’t be polluted.  

In general, keep good production environment and pay more attention to the quality of the glass before tempering can not only reduce the maintenance frequency of the quartz ceramic rollers ,but also improve the surface quality of the tempered glass. 

When the glass scratched by the concave points on the rollers or it has partial or even overall defects on its surface, it indicates the surface of the quartz ceramic rollers has been dirtied. The users should carry out maintenance for the quartz ceramic rollers to ensure good quality of the tempered glass.
