Routine inspection of glass tempering oven before and during production
[ 1 ] The temperature and the oil level of fan bearing should be inspected every 2 hours. If the temperature doesn’t meet the standard or the oil level is too low, stop productionimmediately (Bearing temperature should be lower than 70 degree and the oil level should be between maximum and minimum scale line).
[ 2 ] Check the transmission system once per shift, make sure the conveyor belt is not dehiscent. If there is dehiscence, fix or change it according to the situation(electric solding iron can help to bond the dehiscent belt) .
[ 3 ] Check the running situation of air compressor every two hours and discharge the water in the tank timely.
[ 4 ] Check the manual rotation of furnace and the main drive once per shift. If any fault occurs, repair it immediately.
[ 5 ] Clean the drive roller of loading platform once per shift.
[ 6 ] Pay attention to the rope of chiller roller. If the rope has been badly damaged, replace it immediately .
[ 7 ] Check whether the limit switch of front furnace door and back furnace door is loose or not, whether the action and speed of opening and closing is normal or not, whether the position of baffle is suitable or not, whether the back furnace door is too tight or not every day. If any problem occurs, fix it at once.
[ 8 ] Check the soft connection of chiller once per shift. If any damage or air leakage, carry out the maintenance timely.
[ 9 ] Inspects all the bearings and charge oil of the glass tempering oven once per month.
[ 10 ] Clean the photoelectric switches in the loading and unloading platforms every day.
