The fast quenching and cooling section opening and closing system can respond quickly in case of emergency situations inside the cooling units, ensuring the continuous operation and safety of the glass tempering machine. 

In response to the possible deformation of glass during heating, the glass tempering machine has specially designed an unequal spacing layout scheme, which enables the glass to obtain uniform heating and cooling throughout the entire processing process. 

In addition, the production line offers two production modes to adapt to the production of home appliance glass with different sizes and quality requirements: 

① Multi stage production mode: specially designed for small-sized household appliance glass, adopting a double platform structure for manual sheet arrangement, continuous furnace mode and one-way transmission structure work together to ensure stable output of high-quality household appliance glass. 

② Normal production mode: suitable for high-quality production of large layout home appliance glass, also using a continuous mode of one-way transmission, the minimum glass gap can be reduced to 150mm, not only ensuring the high quality of glass production, but also maximizing production efficiency.
